Howdy Patriots of Ferry County I would like to speak a bit about The Highlander. The local only publication was an effort to build a platform for elected officials and locals to communicate and ultimately build a more resilient community.

Our next edition of The Pamphlet is only about nine days away. It is research, write, and edit crunch time for us. I am looking forward to how this issue turns out. So far it is turning out to be
